I like to think I'm somewhat artistic although I don't often show it. 3D renders allow me to combine my skill of working with computers with art. I bought lightwave earlier this year (at the student rate but still expensive) hoping to do some great things with it. I've learned that acheiving a decent level of realism requires a lot of practice. Most of all, I find modelling difficult. So for now, I'm going to stick with legos so I can at least have something fun to look at after my hours of playing around.
